History of the CCFCC Saskatoon Branch
The CCFCC is a national organization of culinarians forming local branches in regions all across Canada. A National Board of Directors is elected and a local Board of Directors is also elected for each city with a branch in every region. For decades the CCFCC has maintained Honor, Respect and Professionalism within the Organization. The CCFCC is structured to improve eager culinarians with knowledge, education and advancement in the culinary arts. It is also a recreational organization where by all administrative work and its members do teaching, with or with out remuneration. The organization is open to any one interested in the culinary arts and the cooking industry from apprenticeship through Journeyperson and food equipment or product suppliers. The CCFCC is not a government agency and does not lobby government agencies for the financial or political benefit of the CCFCC or its members. It is also not an organization for chefs only.
